Basics Placing an order

Placing your order with Salvia Bianca is simple and convenient. Please follow these six easy steps:

1.  Verify that Salvia Bianca can ship to your location/ state
2.  Select Salvia Bianca wines in the order form by indicating the quantity of bottles or whole cases
3.  Click the "Calc Order" button to calculate your order total
4.  Enter your billing information
5.  Enter your shipping and payment information
6.  Click the "Order Now" button to email your order to orders@salviabianca.com.

Shipping and handling and sales tax are not included in the list price. You will be sent the final order invoice with the shipping costs and sales tax calculated for your area no later than three days from the date your order is placed. Your order will be shipped within 3 days upon receipt of your confirmation and payment.

Order by the Case - We cannot emphasize enough the advantage of ordering by the full case to reduce shipping and handling costs.

Limited Availability - Items subject to stock on hand at time of ordering.

Legal Age Requirement: All wine is being sold by Salvia Bianca. Wine may be sold and delivered only to a person who is at least 21 years old. By virtue of your order with Salvia Bianca you represent to us that you are at least 21 years old and the person to whom any wine will be delivered is also 21 years old.

Preventing Underage Purchases: AN ADULT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED BY LAW FOR ALL DELIVERIES! Salvia Bianca recognizes and complies with all federal, state, and local laws regarding sale of alcohol to minors. All shipments require an adult signature; proof of age will be verified by delivery carrier. No deliveries will be made to a visibly intoxicated person.


Basics - Email confirmations

Salvia Bianca sends email order confirmations to the address specified in your order. An email confirmation will be sent specifying when your package will be shipped. Orders will be processed and payment charged after Salvia Bianca has verified that it is possible to ship wine to the buyer.

Orders - Changes or cancellations

While we try our best to accommodate order change requests within 24 hours, we cannot guarantee that a request will be received by the warehouse before they have begun packaging and shipping your order. If it is too late to make changes or stop the shipment, you remain responsible for the original order. You may accept the shipment or refuse delivery. Once a refused package arrives back at the warehouse, a refund will be issued less shipping and handling and return costs.

Cancellation or change requests should be made as soon as possible after placing your order by emailing us at help@salviabianca.com.


Orders - Guarantee and Returns

We are committed to delivering your product in excellent condition and in a timely manner. Order processing time is contingent upon payment authorization, and does not include weekends or holidays. 

If you are dissatisfied in any way with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase date by e-mailing us and submitting your issue. We would like the opportunity to correct the situation. Following wine-trade traditions, all bottles ten years or older are purchased at the buyer's risk.

Merchandise Damaged in Shipping
It is unusual to receive a damaged product from Salvia Bianca. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase with your issue. We may require you to return any unopened bottles to us for quality control information and will determine this once contacted. At our discretion we may offer a replacement, a discount, a refund or an account credit to be used for a later purchase.

Flawed Wine
We cannot guarantee that you will like the taste of every bottle of wine you select. WE will replace or credit bottles flawed by TCA, VA, or oxidation. Please return flawed bottles with contents within 7 days to facilitate verification. Return shipping will be credited.


Orders - Out of stock items

Although we continually monitor inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. If that occurs, wine representatives are available to suggest comparable substitutions. In cases where a substitution is necessary, we will email you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, we will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s). You will not be charged for out-of-stock items.


Payment - Charges

The charge applied to your credit card should match the total on your Invoice Confirmation email from Salvia Bianca. If you see what looks like more than one charge on your credit card record within the first 48 hours after your order, it is almost certainly just more than one approval. This occurs when your credit card company confirms more than once that you have enough credit for your Salvia Bianca transaction. Ultimately there will be only one actual charge, and any extra approvals will disappear. You can confirm this with your credit card company.

Payment - Errors

Generally these errors are related to one of three problems:
- One or more fields was left blank in the Billing Information screen
- One or more fields contained invalid data in the Billing Information screen
- The billing name and/or address provided don't match the information associated with the credit card

If you feel you have entered all your card information correctly, you may want to try another credit card for your Salvia Bianca purchase - then contact the issuer of the first card to report the problem you experienced.

Taxes - Collected by Salvia Bianca

Salvia Bianca is obligated to collect any state alcohol, excise or sales taxes when shipping to states that require it. If your Salvia Bianca order confirmation includes tax, your delivery state falls under at least one of these categories.
